Found how to solve this problem: Add radeon.si_support=0 amdgpu.si_support=1 radeon.cik_support=0 amdgpu.cik_support=1 to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX in /etc/default/grub. Do it via the command line with a text editor such as Nano or Vim.
