Hey, thanks for replies. I now have more info about this issue: It is happening if you for example use FileZilla and double-click on its topbar but make sure you have something behind it like Trash, Home folder, libre doc or anything else.. It is not happening for Home folder, Files folder, Ubuntu windows like Settings or etc.. so, I believe this is happening for any external installed applications like FileZilla, Gimp, BlueMail etc. Any other app.
