With a clean install of Ubuntu 20.04 I noticed that the
python3-codestyle standard package doesn't come with an executable. I've
had to copy it from other systems that were upgraded to Ubuntu 20.04
You can uninstall the package and use pip3 to get the executable, but
the Ubuntu package should include it.
