However, when looking at your log files I also noticed you have postgres
packages installed and the upgrade will not proceed because you will
lose data when the old postgres version is purged. You'll want to backup
your database before you upgrade your system.

automatically removed packages includes postgresql-10 which can result in
cluster dropping
