Public bug reported:
Certain .NET applications require database access in Wine. Ubuntu Focal
acknowledges this as libodbc1 is provided in amd64 as well as i386.
However odbc-postrgresql in not provided in i386
Upgrading from Eoan 19.10 to Focal 20.04 breaks these applications which
is a regression.
