`The gnome-software issue could have to do with the fact that you installed another format than the deb?`
I didn't installed anything by my own to see this issue: — Thunderbird is installed by default — I got to Ubuntu Software to remove it and instead of a "uninstall" button, I get an "install" one — installing / deinstalling does not change the presence of the default one I think there is an issue in the way the default Thunderbird installation is made, it's in a way that is not visible from Ubuntu Software UI. Regarding Evolution vs Thunderbird, I've no opinion on that, as long as the default one is properly working with Online Account it's good for me. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1875895 Title: E-mail not working out of the box with Online Accounts To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/thunderbird/+bug/1875895/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
