Public bug reported:
On Lubuntu 20.04 Focal Fossa, Update Notifier shows multiple dialogs
after logout and login to new sessions. For example, when I log in to
the system third times, it shows three dialogs.
It seems that /etc/xdg/autostart/upg-notifier-autostart.desktop starts
notifier on user login but does not stop on logout.
