Hi Wang, I tried pinning CPUs in Bionic (4.0) and Focal (6.0) and both worked just fine for me.
Since your error is a picture I have a hard time even to auto-translate the error that you are seeing. Would you mind running that in english language settings if possible? Or (not the best but at least any) auto-translate the error and report it here. Further it would be great to consider [1] and attach a log of the libvirt daemon as generated when running this command. And finally for comparison the guest definition is important to know, could you "virsh dumpxml <guestname>" and attach it as well along the logs?
