Situation: in 20.04 when starting virt-manager it can't connect to libvirt. The status stays in "Connecting ..." It is reported that when the libvirtd service is restarted that then the connection works. See: https://imgur.com/a/0QV9YUB But the service seems to be up and running fine before the restart. ** Affects: libvirt (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Incomplete ** Affects: virt-manager (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1876266 Title: virt-manager can't connect to libvirtd until the service is restarted To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libvirt/+bug/1876266/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
