Public bug reported:
When watching MP4 clips using the default app (videos) I have a display issue.
When clicking on the full screen button here is what happens:
1- screen goes blank for a few seconds
2- a new videos window opens up with displaying the move but it it is not
maximized or in full screen
3- The original maximized window stays in the background with a still picture
