You are still seeing this with a Fedora 32? This should be fixed at least on HP laptops. I guess we still hve some work to do for the servers. Can you file a bug against Fedora (bugzilla.redhat.com, component kernel) and attach an acpidump and dmesg output from Fedora 32 there please?
