could be one of may things, for instance you were between upgrades and some
requires library wasn't available or producing some incompatibility with
another already updated, at the moment of the crash you computer was low on
available resources such as memory, storage space, and so on.
without further information it's really difficult to pinpoint the actual
problem, so i'm closing this bug accordingly, if you experience this
issue again and can provide the requested information, please re-open
