Ubuntu 18.04.4
Offline environment with network interface like Virtual Machine generates crash
report at boot.
You can reproduce this easily so I don't post crash file here.
Failed at "/usr/lib/ubuntu-release-upgrader/check-new-release-gtk"
Ubuntu tries to check updates at boot because it has network interface but
failed due to no internet connection.
So generates crash file everytime.
