Support for the zoommtg:// protocol was added to snapd with https://github.com/snapcore/snapd/commit/7f678b923c2af8d899bdb2ba95440d62c1c74123. The core snap from the edge channel (2.45~pre1+git1800.7238107) doesn't seem to have the fix yet, though.
