It seems that installation failed because some partitions were already
mounted

is probably a bad idea.
May 4 14:11:11 ubuntu ubiquity: Umount all file systems, and swapoff all swap
partitions on this disk.
May 4 14:11:11 ubuntu ubiquity: Use the --no-reread flag to suppress this
check.
Could you please try again, and ensure all the partitions are unmounted
before launching the installer?
