You /etc/apt/sources.list file does not contain an entry for 'deb
http://es.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ eoan main' and as such the upgrade
can not complete. You'll need to an entry for main and then upgrade any
packages that are out of date before being able to upgrade to Ubuntu
20.04.
