Public bug reported:
Hi all,
I did a fresh install of Ubuntu 20.04 with gnome-flashback. However, if
have already identified two applications that are lacking the menu bar:
LibreOffice (base and all individual components) as well as recoll.
1. $ lsb_release -rd
Description: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Release: 20.04
2.
$ apt-cache policy gnome-flashback
gnome-flashback:
Installed: 3.36.1-1ubuntu1
Candidate: 3.36.1-1ubuntu1
$ apt-cache policy libreoffice
libreoffice:
Installed: 1:6.4.2-0ubuntu3
Candidate: 1:6.4.2-0ubuntu3
$ apt-cache policy recoll
recoll:
Installed: 1.26.3-1build1
Candidate: 1.26.3-1build1
3. Expected behaviour: When apps are opened, they come with a menu bar (File,
Edit, ...)
4. Observed behaviour: The menu bar is missing for various applications
(LibreOffice, Recoll).
If you need any further info for debugging, please let me know.
Cheers,
r.
