I am not sure how widespread this is, but I can also confirm this happens on my laptop as well. Ever since updating to 20.04 I always get the "printer added" notification on bootup regardless of whether it was added already or not. On previous versions this would only happen on the first bootup or after install of operating systems (or the first time I connect to the network) and that was it. If there is something I can do to help solve this, please advise me on how to do so. It is quite annoying to see this every time I boot my machine.
