I added LC_PAPER="en_DK.utf8" to my ~/.gnomerc and exported that
variable and now eye-of-gnome had A4 as default. It also chose Tray 2
for reasons unknown to me :) This seems to be a workaround though, I
shouldn't be forced to do this manually, it should just work, right?

Still have the problem in Adobe Acrobat Reader though, there I still
have Letter and Tray 1. Maybe that should be a separate bug.
