It's impossible to use the "grub: uefi" step in vmdb2 to create UEFI
Ubuntu 20.04 images due to #1786699 This is an Ubuntu specific bug, and
vmdb2 running on Ubuntu 20.04 can be used to create e.g. debian stable
and debian testing images without problems at the moment.
