We wanted to fix bug 1872902 before enabling upgrades to 20.04 LTS, the
testing of the fix is just about done and we'll be enabling upgrades
this week.

@Terry Coles - the '-d' switch indicates that you are interested in the
development release of Ubuntu so you'd need to use it with and without
the '-c'.
