Just spun up a Focal LXD container and this is still an issue in
containers:
bladernr@focal-builder:~/development/kernels-ubuntu/focal$ sudo vim
/etc/apt/sources.list
sudo: setrlimit(RLIMIT_CORE): Operation not permitted
