The commits landed in between in linux-next (not tagged yet, but that's fine).
So it's all brand new stuff ...
I think the chance it not very high that they are just cleanly cherry-pick-able 
- having the other PCI changes in  mind, too.

I guess you are thinking about backporting them to focal master-next?
