Steps to reproduce:
1. Have Ubuntu 20.04 LTS installed with default GNOME Shell desktop
2. Open Nautilus
3. Drag some file or folder and drop it to the Desktop area
Expected results:
* user is able to drag file from Nautilus and drop it to the Desktop
area
Actual results:
* user is unable to drag file from Nautilus and drop it to the Desktop
area
