Public bug reported:
I recently upgraded from Ubuntu 18.04 to Ubuntu 20.04. Since the
upgrade, Discord is using way more CPU than before when in vocal chat
(>50% now, was <10% before on 18.04). I tried reinstalling it or using
the web version but it's the same.
Output of lsb_release -rd:

What I expected to happen: CPU usage wouldn't be so high
What happened instead: CPU usage is really high
