Its not an issue with the ubuntu package but the version of pyside2.

They made a change and now you have to use qt5.14 or it wont work. I
guess ubuntu could revert that change but upstream should be informed
that they need to fail in some way if an to old qt version is detected.

also the ubuntu package should add a depend on qt 5.14 since it's
needed.
