apport information

** Description changed:

  Hi,

I recently migrated to ubuntu 20.04TLS, after some time of use the machine
started to crash due to lack of memory.
We proceeded with the investigation and found that browsers are consuming a
lot of memory and the memory cache is extremely high. If browsers are open,
there is no memory to open other applications.

The same problem occurs on two different machines that recently migrated
  to Ubuntu.
