Public bug reported:
Running VMG from the GUI hangs and never opens. Running from terminal
reports 'Form resource TMainWindow not found. For resourceless forms
CreateNew constructor must be used. See the global variable
RequireDerivedFormResource.' and hangs in the terminal requiring ^C to
close.
VMG won't run.
Using Ubuntu 19.10
