This patch also isn't strictly part of the multi-function patch series
but it adds a member to the "struct zpci_dev" that we would otherwise
have to declare as reserved which is an unnecessary deviation from upstream
and will make thins not apply cleanly in the future.

It's ordered after the "s390/pci: embedding hotplug_slot in zdev" patch
to match upstream history even though that is already a preparation commit
for multi-functions.
