Please:
1. Follow these instructions in case it was the shell crashing and restarting:

2. Reproduce the freeze again and then immediately after it run:
journalctl -b0 > postfreeze.txt
lspci -k > lspcik.txt
and attach the resulting two text files.
3. Take a video of the freeze using a phone if you can, and attach it
here.
