it seems that somehow the package has been corrupted and you were not
able to install it. Would you mind trying:
$ sudo rm /var/cache/apt/archives/*
$ sudo apt-get autoclean
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get -f install
$ sudo apt-get install python3-markdown
and see if it addresses your issue ?

Parece que de alguna manera el paquete se ha dañado y no pudo
instalarlo. ¿Te importaría intentarlo?

y ver si aborda su problema?
