Public bug reported:
I want to use AMD SME (memory encryption) on ubuntu 20.04.
Hardware: ASRock B450 Pro4, Ryzen 3600, 16GB memory.
Unfortunately, when I use the `mem_encrypt=on` cmdline option, the
system completely freezes when grub tries to load kernel/initramfs.
Black screen, so unfortunately no log output.
I have tried adding iommu=soft as I read that suggestion in another
place, but that did not help.
