This appears to be a bug in lilv. Per
https://github.com/lv2/lilv/issues/32, this is fixed in the version of
lilv in Groovy Gorilla (future 20.10) and we'll have to do a Stable
Release Update to get this fixed in Ubuntu 20.04.
