1. Open a terminal window and run 'top'. Now when the stutter is
happening what processes does 'top' report as using the most CPU?

2. Run:

   lspci -k > lspcik.txt
   xrandr --verbose > xrandr.txt
   journalctl -b0 > journal.txt

   and attach the resulting text files here.
