Public bug reported:
After I upgraded my Ubuntu Desktop to the latest version (20.04),
whenever I highlighted a phrase inside evince I can't add any
description to that highlighted word. The only way I found that solve my
solution is the save the file and then I can click on the highlighted
word and start typing the description.
I previous version, I didn't witness this behavior.
