Can you change cupsd.conf loglevel to debug sudo gedit /etc/cups/cupsd.conf find the line loglevel change info to debug, save, exit, restart cups (sudo /etc/init.d/cupsys restart)
then view the log again, tail -f /var/log/cups/error_log and post the log.
