Public bug reported:
When building hybrid bios&uefi cd&disk images, one needs to built an
eltorito image.
It would be nice if it was prebuilt in the monolithic directory.
I.e. something like this
$ grub-mkimage --verbose --directory '/usr/lib/grub/i386-pc' --prefix
'/boot/grub' --output '/usr/lib/grub/i386-pc/monolithic/eltorito.img'
--format 'i386-pc-eltorito' --compression 'auto' biosdisk iso9660
** Affects: grub2 (Ubuntu)
