Public bug reported:

Recently I have updated my system with sudo apt update and upgrade.
A new kernel was installed.
Before that i was able to suspend and wake up without a problem.
After the upgrade every time I wake from suspend, the monitor stay blank and
don't even switch on and after maybe 30 seconds the systems just reboots.
I have to reopen all my applications again...
