At time of writing, the latest upstream is now 2020-04. Looks like all LTS Ubuntu is on 2018-05. This regulatory database might not look like much, but it helps wireless users use the spectrum legally available to them in their jurisdiction(s).
Debian's buster-backports now has 2019-6 available.
