It's quite simple really,
I went into the usual System Settings, ready to trick out my KDE. Under
"Appearance" I went over to the "Window Decorations" section. From there
I went to the background sub-tab. I clicked on the Enable Transparency
radio box and clicked apply.
Deciding that these effects gave too much strain on my system, I went back and
"disabled" them.
Only one thing. They aren't disabled. Even if the radio box says it's disabled,
I still have transparency effects.
** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Assignee: Brian Murray (brian-murray)
Status: Fix Released
