If you have the AMD Radeon option then it's likely the HDMI port is
wired to that. But that GPU is also likely turned off by default so you
will also be missing the HDMI port option. To fix that please try
checking your BIOS and turn on both GPUs.

But there's a second problem here which seems more likely... The kernel
doesn't seem to recognise your very new Intel GPU. So even if the laptop
only has a single GPU the HDMI port would be missing :) To fix that
please install either:

  * https://releases.ubuntu.com/20.04/ or

  * https://releases.ubuntu.com/18.04.4/
