It seems https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=960219 that
upstream has dropped support for 32 bit systems.
The only rdep on armhf is an arch:all package:
$ reverse-depends -a armhf src:pbcopper

* libpbdata-dev (for libpbcopper-dev)
