Public bug reported:
kazoo is currently in main and is used by two main packages - python-
taskflow and python-tooz.
The kazoo driver is used for zookeeper support and is optional, i.e. its
not a hard requirement.
Suggest that we demote depends on kazoo to suggests and drop kazoo from
main.
