Public bug reported:
During boot, Plymouth sometimes says "failed to init core (-1)" and
"failed to probe ath10k_pci",l and then after boot, my laptop has no wi-
fi, and the network center says it cannot find a wireless adapter.
Rebooting fixes the issue, but this shouldn't happen in the first place.
I also manually modprobed ath10k_pci to ensure next boot would have the
network card.
