Public bug reported:
I have dash to dock enabled and I know there are controls in settings
too. Both are set the same yet I have duplication of each icon down the
right-hand side until I restart the computer. [Go to settings /
appearance / dock]
I also have other computers running Ubuntu 20.04 and they occasionally
have the same issue. It seems more problamatic on this computer.
