OS: ubuntu 18.04.4
CPU: ryzen 5 3400g
As my ubuntu kernel updated to 5.3.0-53 I started facing issue in
shutdown and reboot my pc. As I shutdown my pc from os, monitor screen
goes off but cpu fan and other fan connected to smps kept on running and
if I reboot my pc from os then same happen monitor screen goes off and
cpu fan and other fan kept on running so I downgraded my kernel from
5.3.0-53 to 5.3.0-51 and it's fixed the issue now all work well.
