Hi there, the deactivation of the following extensions solved the issue at my Ubuntu 20.4 system:
'workspace-indica...@gnome-shell-extensions.gcampax.github.com', 'panel-...@berend.de.schouwer.gmail.com' I have 14 further extensions including workspace-matrix. They all work well.
