Improving Mike's above feedback, I've realized that connecting the external monitor directly to the laptop HDMI port really make things run normally, but when I turned off the OS extend desktop to external monitor function(HDMI), I can keep the Docktation connected with 2 monitors on it without problems... My environment has 3 monitors,
2 on Dock station and 1 on laptop's HDMI port... For now, I can work without any problems ....
