It looks like it doesn't happen with 5.7.0-050700rc7-generic. I cannot be 100% sure as it happened randomly. I have got, however, something suspiciously similar that has never happened before. It has happened several times already, as randomly as when I got a kernel panic before. Screen hangs for a while, but system stays alive. Logs show:
