The system does not have Windows installed at present, however I am happy to install Windows 10 if it helps the investigation.
If you can please just provide instructions for what you would like to me do from within Windows I will do my best to provide the information promptly. * Just a quick reminder, when using Linux Mint 19.3 on the system the audio output works properly.
